Let’s dive into my blog income report.
1. Blog Income in April 2020: $74,484
April brought some new highs for my blog in terms of both traffic and revenue. Website traffic increased from 303,960 in March to 414,389 in April. Blog revenue also increased from $61,666 to $74,484, with affiliate income increasing by another 33.6%.
Ready? Let’s move on to my blog’s income streams.
Affiliate Marketing Programs:
Overall, I brought in $59,783 from 62 different affiliate programs for an average of $964 per program in April
This was an increase from $44,720 in March to $59,783 in April for a 33.6% increase. I believe these month-over-month increases will continue as most of the sales I’m generating for SaaS brands provide recurring affiliate commissions. So even if some customers drop off, the uptick in new sign-ups should see consistent gains.
Overall, it was a steady mix of traffic with a good blend of affiliate programs – 62 programs brought in revenue and 20 programs generated in at least $500/month.
Based on commission rates, I estimate that my blog is currently generating over $200k in monthly sales for SaaS companies.
Please note: I must keep a few affiliate programs hidden due to their requirements and personal deals we have together.
